YOGA IN ENGLISH

Yoga in English is an opportunity for everybody to practice Hatha Yoga in an international environment. Different people, with different cultures and languages, are joined together in a marvelous journey.

Teacher is conducting personalized sequences, in order to improve body's vitality and to make the mind more receptive of each student. You will learn yoga techniques by working on your body, your breath and your mind. The aim is psychophysical well-being: body flexible and toned, correct breathing and mind focused and calm.
